Inside a house in a quiet suburban neighborhood is a machine. Inside the machine is a monster. If the machine loses power, the monster gets out. The man who owns the machine needs the house repaired and the power on. Three contractors walk into the house in the quiet neighborhood. Insects start to crawl inside. Everything will be fine. Won’t it?

No one knows what’s happening at Rane Fine Art. The gallery had a new show but a riot broke out. At least that’s what the initial 911 calls said. Now, the area around the gallery has gone silent. No first responder who has gone in is still answering their radio. Delta Green activates a team of nearby agents to investigate.

This scenario was an entry in the 2019 Shotgun Scenario contest. You can read the full scenario here. It was inspired by a video on Youtube viewable here.

A bank is robbed in Los Angeles but it seems to defy all logic. Safe deposit boxes were sawed open but the vault itself was not breached. The door remained closed the entire night. When FBI investigators start to examine the mystery, they find the victim and suspect were both members of an unusual book club.

This scenario was written as part of the 2018 Shotgun Scenario Contest. You can read the entry here.

A call in the dead of night to go to an office park a two-hour drive away. It is an emergency. When the team assembles, a woman who smells of smoke and death, hastily tells them the job.

“We need you to pose as the new management team of the local office of McPherson Logistics Solutions, which as far as anyone knows, is an international shipping company. They were led by a group of hostiles. They’re gone now, thanks to us…There’s a basement. It is dangerous. It must be secured. We have a keycard that works for the front door. That’s all we can offer.”

This was my entry in the 2017 Delta Green Shotgun Scenario contest.

A group of untested agents have been asked to assist a rare book dealer who appears to be suffering from a mental breakdown. However, the dealer has fled into the Coxeter Museum, a small art museum and gallery. When the team enters the building, it quickly becomes apparent that the building’s interior is unlike any other structure they have ever encountered. It is a maze beyond their wildest imagination. Is escape even possible?

This scenario was an entry in the 2016 Shotgun Scenario contest. The map to the museum can be seen here. I also added another shotgun scenario, Unfriendly by Bret Kramer, as a hook to get the PCs into the museum.
