Synopsis: One-hour games have never been filled with more humor and horror, courage and cowardice, childlike wonder and childlike terror than the experimental role-playing game Puppetland. In one golden hour, you and your friends shall weave a tale none will soon forget: a tale of good-hearted puppets in a bad-hearted world. You shall rise up against the savagery of Punch the Maker-Killer with his army of Nutcrackers and his terrible Boys, sewn from the flesh of the Maker of all puppets. You shall be steadfast and true. You shall likely die trying.

rm5Fallen Flag has evacuated a group of refugees in order to bring them to their own enclave. Between them and safety stands an unknown number of vectors wandering the countryside. In order to save the refugees, the takers must find a way to lead the undead away. Of course, serving as bait for a marathon running zombie is far from a safe proposition, especially when the team is so low on resources. Will everyone make it back?

dg-contigencyA group of agents for the Program operating in the Northeast have been called up to a location in rural New York for a deniable op. No further orders have been given, so they wait, in the dark, in a car with false papers and their thoughts. When gunshots ring out at a nearby farm house, they realize the mission has just begun, but what exactly is the mission?

I later ran this scenario for Patreon backers. The game is on Youtube if you want to hear how differently it went down.

rmep4A neighboring enclave wants Fallen Flag to clear out a walled neighborhood so the land can be used for other purposes. The client seems to be vague about the details of the job but the group needs the bounty. On the way to the job, they encounter a patrol of slavers. Can they even survive getting to the job site, let alone complete it?

In order to stop the beast, the heroes must risk everything in order to defeat it, including their own souls. The fate of the Kingdoms of the Kin lies in the balance!
