Wushu: League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen 1988
Inspired by Top Shelf’s recent April Fool’s joke, I ran a one shot game on this Cinco de Mayo using Wushu, a rules light open ended system. The player characters were all iconic 80s heroes, including Doc Brown, Optimus Prime, Jack Burton, MacGuyver, and B.A. Baracus. They must stop Scarface and his army of Lost Boy vampires from taking over the world.

Victory over Cortez’s horde means one thing: Party time! Kuthin the warlock’s uncle has recently arrived at the colony and is quite rich. Obviously Uncle Fustus wants to make a big impression so he throws a huge party to celebrate the victory. Practically every named NPC introduced so far in the campaign is there, from lovable King Sea Moss to super-villain-esque Axgore. The Water Barons have some wheeling and dealing to do and Uncle Fustus has his own plans…

Call of Cthulhu: Prototype – A town called Hope
An investigative team for a basic cable TV show look into rumors of a government experiment gone awry and uncover a massive conspiracy that threatens the fate of the world. Oh and Jason’s character throws a rock. This game of Call of Cthulhu merges Delta Green (co-written by Dennis Detwiller) with the hit video game Prototype (also co-designed by Dennis Detwiller).
