By the time, the UDC reaches the world of Vermeer, it is already under siege by an unknown invasion force. Each UDC ship has a squad of mecha pilots, but four pilots are no match for an entire fleet. Two Delta Green agents uncovered a criminal conspiracy with an unknown capacity for hypergeometry, demonstrating the capacity to bring dead men back to life. Before the agents could do anything about it, they were attacked and barely escaped with their lives. Now a new team of four agents has been assembled to take down the organization and destroy any hypergeometry vectors, without being killed, arrested, or identified.

The company needs a space station audited. Multiple irregularities and erratic reports from Caltech 65 worry the accountants and executives. There’s a good chance the station’s crew has gone rogue and may kill any auditors sent in. No sane spacer would take such a dangerous job. The company has rounded up a crew of the most desperate spacers they could find. They have one last chance to redeem themselves, if they can survive the audit.
