Another day, another score. Sometimes the trip to the site is even more dangerous than the job itself, as the D4s discover. Even a simple obstacle can become far more difficult to overcome, in the blink of an eye. Nothing can be taken for granted in the Loss.

A large cache of lawn tools is stored in a hedge maze outside of a big box hardware store. Lawn tools are invaluable because they can be repurposed to serve any number of needs, pieced out for parts, or be turned into anti-casualty weapons. But why is a hedge maze still a thing this long after the Crash?

The Blind Eyes know that a powerful guild of merchants, The Hive, knows the location of a powerful artifact they need. The information is kept in a book hidden in a vault controlled by the Hive. Only one member of the Hive, the loremaster, has access to the vault. The Blind Eyes decide to infiltrate the Hive and ingratiate themselves to the loremaster. What better way to do that then to show up at a Hive dinner party?
