A new group of takers has formed in the enclave of Trabajo, looking for work. A client in the Recession wants them to retrieve a painting, Thomas Eakin’s “Cowboy Singing” from a museum in Denver. Venturing into the heart of a city is never easy or safe, but the pay is worth it.

This is the first of three games I ran in different systems, linked by famous paintings, a triptych if you will. Enjoy!

Instead of taking a contract, Fallen Flag decides to try for a Score. They’ve heard of a cache of cargo drones that would fetch a high price in the market, so they head out to grab them. Of course, there’s a reason why no one else has retrieved the drones yet. A sinister foe unlike any they’ve faced before between them and their goal. Before they know it, the team is in the crosshairs.

rm5Fallen Flag has evacuated a group of refugees in order to bring them to their own enclave. Between them and safety stands an unknown number of vectors wandering the countryside. In order to save the refugees, the takers must find a way to lead the undead away. Of course, serving as bait for a marathon running zombie is far from a safe proposition, especially when the team is so low on resources. Will everyone make it back?

rmff3Fallen Flag finds a job working for a faction inside Trabajo, one that will benefit the enclave itself. They must extract sensors from vending machines in a nearby high school. For some reason, the building is intact and the sensors are intact. No one seems to occupy it, a fact that troubles the takers, but they must do the job regardless of what awaits them. Of course, getting there and back poses its own problems, as Fallen Flag discovers. Sometimes what looks like an opportunity is just another threat.

fflag1After their score, Fallen Flag looks for work. They soon find a simple job, delivering cooking oil to a nearby enclave called the Coop. Fresh cooking oil is a valuable commodity in the Loss now that almost all of the prepackaged food from before the Crash has been eaten or has spoiled. Crossing a zombie-filled wasteland carrying heavy jugs of cooking oil is no easy task though and there’s always a complication with these kind of jobs. Sometimes the client even tries to pull a fast one…
