In the far future 10 million years after humanity has disappeared and only the Ageless remain. Immortal beings of plastic and metal and magic, the Ageless live on. Death is only temporary although memories disappear with each new death. One of the Ageless went to the stars and has recently returned. The first Ageless to reach the Star Rat can ask him a boon, no matter what it is. With nothing else to do, the Ageless embark on the wackiest race of all time!
