Their cryptic allies have told them the cult owns a weapon that can destroy the cursed mirror in their possession, but what is it? Even if they find the weapon, their mission to rescue the actress from the clutches of the cult will be no easier. It is all building to a confrontation with the elusive leader of the cult, but will anyone survive to investigate certain events in New York in January 1925?

Unfortunately it also appears to be indestructible. They research methods of destroying the cursed thing and soon find themselves embroiled in investigating the supernatural full time, including bouts of missing time and encounters in the Dreamlands. This eventually leads them to a missing person’s case in Hollywood. A young actress has disappeared before her next film is set to debut. The investigators know it is tied to the occult, but they have no idea how far down the mystery goes.Finding the actress is somehow tied to destroying the artifact, but how?

A group of investigators meets in Shanghai in order to uncover the mystery behind the death of a priest. They find far more than they could possibly imagine.  This scenario is part of Stunning Eldritch Tales, although it was changed to take place in the 1920s, rather than the 1930s.

In this one shot, an adventurous skyship crew finds themselves in trouble in regards when a certain Eternal Majestic Bastion of the Perfect Congress of the Lighted Legion…malfunctions. Can the adventurers save the day despite the explosions, angry police, rioting masses, and other trouble swarming around them?

After a long war, a formerly powerful nation struggles to rebuild. The switch from monarchy to a republic form of government has also raised tensions between the various political factions. In other words, this is the fantasy Weimar Republic. The new government has appointed a group of troubleshooters to find and capture a dissident leader. Can they find their man? Will he go quietly? The answer is no, we’re playing Dungeons and Dragons, not Dungeons and non-violent solutions to our problems. More background info on the game’s setting is available here.
